Yeah, I'm Old!  What Of It?
Ya' gotta be old to know how to enjoy life! I've got two kids, one wife, and a bunch of grandkids. I spend my paid working hours in an office serving the citizens of Pierce County, but needless to say, I'm much more at home in my shop. I've been working wood since my first project about 28 years ago. That was a kitchen remodel and I was aided by a knowledgeable friend. I bought my first tablesaw for that job, a Rockwell Homecraft saw. It had a cast iron top, but that's about all you could say for it. It was direct drive and very light weight. I've added tools as the need arose, and I'm not done yet. I've been upgrading a lot, lately, and expect to continue for another year or two. Here, I'm standing at a workbench made from a piece of bowling alley. It's really heavy and strong. I often have to stand on it to reach the tools on the pegboard. I wonder how much longer I'll be able to get up there...

Building a Website Takes Time!
I've spent a lot of valuable shop time working on this site. And, I'm not even sure why. I guess I'm proud of some of the things I create and want to share some of the images. I hope you enjoy them. If you have any questions about any of my projects, just leave me an e-mail and I will happily respond.
